Supervisory duties	Supervises technicians and workers Supervise PM & CM Activity Planining of shifts and work during shift.
Main duties	Maintenance planning Execution of maintenance and repair activities of the relevant equipment according to work plan and maintenance manuals Responsibility for the quality of the work of his crew Assesment of competencies. Supervision of maintenance activity during his shift. Carry out scheduled testing of plant. Ensure system healthiness after any breakdown by comleteing required testing and commissiong checks. Team Building by sharing knowledge and experience Promotes team culture in day to day activities Deputy to Maintenance supvervisor in his absence.
Proficiency (education, experience)	Has a bachelor’s degree or diploma in an appropriate technical field and five years of work experience Has experience of testing & commissioning in AC/DC substations projects and preferably in the public transportation business
